The Role

As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will lead all activities related to revenue generation and client growth.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, build partnerships, and manage the full revenue pipeline within Lynx, our integrated ERP and CRM platform.

Your work will directly support the expansion of our OpenStack and Ceph-based infrastructure across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the complete sales and revenue pipeline using Lynx ERP/CRM.
  • Develop and execute strategies for cloud services such as compute, storage, and private infrastructure.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities with enterprise, SMB, and government clients.
  • Establish partnerships with technology firms and managed service providers.
  • Define pricing, revenue forecasts, and growth strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support client acquisition and retention.
  • Report revenue metrics and ensure targets are met.

Must Have

  • Strong background in sales, business development, or revenue operations.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cloud infrastructure or SaaS is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of OpenStack and Ceph is not mandatory but strongly influences decision-making.
  • Marketing experience or the ability to oversee early marketing initiatives is a strong asset.
